By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product that is made available immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, opened, or delivered, no refund will be granted after access has been provided.
This applies to all digital products sold by The Weekend Climber, including but not limited to digital downloads, parts lists, templates, guides, course materials, videos, online content, checklists, and other digital resources.
EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, by purchasing our digital products, you expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has started.
Therefore, after the digital product has been made available to you, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
