These Terms govern all purchases, digital product access, free 1:1 calls, and any related content or services provided through this website. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in $ USD and may include VAT depending on your location. Payments are securely processed via certified third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Full access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

3. Delivery of Digital Content

All digital products (videos, PDFs, guides, blueprints) are delivered online — via download link, email, or course platform. Delivery is considered complete when the access link is made available.

4. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights (EU Compliance)

Digital products are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that the digital content will be made available immediately, and that you lose your legal right of withdrawal under § 18 (1) Z 11 FAGG.

At checkout you will confirm the following (mandatory):

I expressly request and consent that you begin supplying the digital content immediately after purchase. I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the digital content is provided.

Without this consent, the purchase cannot be completed.

5. Free 1:1 Calls

Free 1:1 calls are offered voluntarily as a courtesy to support your project.
They are not part of a paid product or contractual service and are not subject to refund, withdrawal, or compensation of any kind.

6. License of Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the digital materials for private purposes only.
Re-distribution, sharing, publishing, or selling any part of the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, texts, graphics, plans, and brand elements are the exclusive property of [Your Business Name]. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. DIY Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

All content provided — including guides, blueprints, technical plans, and videos — is for general informational and educational purposes only.
It does not constitute professional engineering, construction, or safety advice.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of the provided materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You build, modify, and install any equipment entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

  2. You are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, structural integrity, materials, and safety systems.

  3. You must comply with local building laws, safety codes, and engineering standards applicable in your country.

  4. You should consult qualified professionals (e.g., structural engineers, electricians, or carpenters) before any construction or installation.

  5. You accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from construction, installation, or use of the information provided.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, where mandatory law requires it.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Innsbruck, Austria.
For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their home country remain unaffected.

11. International Sales Disclaimer

Purchases made from outside the European Union are governed exclusively by Austrian law.
Any legal claims or disputes arising from such transactions must be brought before the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria.
We do not submit to the jurisdiction of any non-EU court or authority.

All digital content and information provided through this website are created and operated under Austrian law.
We make no representation that the content, materials, or products are appropriate or legally compliant in other jurisdictions.
