August was a busy month, mostly filled with work and training. There wasn’t much time for outdoor climbing, but I made sure to stay consistent with my sessions so I’d be ready for what’s coming next—a four-week trip to Sardinia in September!

Preparing for Sardinia – Climbing, Cycling, and Van Life

We’ve officially booked two weeks in an Airbnb, where we’ll be working remotely while climbing in the afternoons. After that, we’ll switch to full van life mode, exploring the island, searching for new crags, and fully immersing ourselves in the adventure.

To make things even better, we’re bringing our bikes for rest day activities and some extra exploring. On top of that, two friends will be joining us, making the trip even more exciting. Climbing, cycling, beach days, and good company—what more could you ask for?

Focused Training in August

With the trip coming up, training in August was structured but efficient. No long outdoor sessions—just Treadwall endurance workouts and strength training to keep my finger power and overall fitness in check. The goal was simple: stay in shape without overloading before the trip.

Now, the countdown is on! September will be all about adventure, new routes, and enjoying the best of Sardinia. Can’t wait to hit the road and get on some real rock again! 🔥🚐🧗‍♂️

The only outdoor session in August - thunderstorm and rain!
