Feeling Stronger – Endurance is Coming Back

My shoulder is feeling much better, and I can tell that I’m getting fitter again. The past few weeks of training have made a real difference, and I’m finally starting to feel like a climber again.
One of the biggest improvements has been my endurance. Thanks to regular sessions on my DIY Treadwall, I can feel my ability to climb for longer periods slowly returning. Those long, low-intensity endurance sessions are paying off—I can now stay on the wall longer without getting completely pumped, which is exactly what I need for Kalymnos.
Not 100% Yet, But Making Progress
Of course, I’m not quite where I used to be before my injury. Small holds and steep terrain are still a real challenge, and I definitely feel weaker on body tension-heavy moves. But that’s okay. I’m moving in the right direction, and that’s what matters most.
My current approach is simple:
✅ Keep training consistently
✅ Prioritize endurance without overloading my shoulder
✅ Slowly build back finger strength and body tension
With each session, I feel a little stronger, a little more confident, and a lot more excited for April in Kalymnos. There’s still work to do, but for the first time in months, I feel like I’m really on track again.
The Stoke is high, and I can’t wait to keep pushing forward! 💪🔥
