July – Home DIY Treadwall Sessions and Perfect Summer Weather

July was a great month at home, with perfect weather almost every day. Instead of traveling, I focused on training at home, enjoying my DIY Treadwall and spending a lot of time on my bike.

Early Morning Treadwall Sessions

With the summer heat, training on the Treadwall during the day was not an option. Instead, I shifted my sessions to the early morning, usually before 7 AM. The air was cooler, and it felt great to start the day with some solid endurance climbing.

The Treadwall is working perfectly, and I’m still super happy with how it performs. This month, I also added new holds, making the setup even more versatile. It’s amazing how much variety a few different grips can add—I can now train different movement styles and adjust the difficulty depending on the session.

More Cycling, Less Bouldering

Apart from climbing, I spent a lot of time on the bike, making the most of the summer weather. Long rides, beautiful routes, and just enjoying being outdoors. I didn’t do much bouldering this month, but that’s okay—right now, I’m focused on endurance, and the Treadwall is the perfect tool for that.

Feeling Strong and Ready for More

After months of rebuilding strength and endurance, I feel like I’m in a really good place right now. My shoulder is holding up, training is consistent, and motivation is high. August will probably bring more of the same—early Treadwall sessions, long bike rides, and lots of summer vibes. 💪🔥
