October was a great month for training and climbing trips. I focused a lot on endurance sessions on my DIY Treadwall, and on the weekends, I managed to get out for some amazing climbing in the Dolomites.

The combination of structured indoor training and real rock sessions made a noticeable difference in my climbing.

Treadwall Progress – Endurance Gains!

One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is my forearm endurance. Thanks to consistent Treadwall sessions, I can now climb longer without getting pumped too quickly. This has been a game changer, especially on routes with bouldery cruxes or sustained difficulty.

Before, I would feel the pump setting in fast, forcing me to shake out constantly or take more rests. Now, I can move through harder sections more efficiently, keeping better control over my breathing and grip tension. Seeing this progress keeps me super motivated to continue training.

Weekend Trips to the Dolomites

The weekends were all about getting on real rock. We did a few trips to the Dolomites, climbing on stunning limestone walls with epic views. The mix of technical face climbing and exposed multi-pitch routes was challenging but so much fun.

These trips were also a great way to test my endurance gains in real conditions—and they definitely paid off. I could handle longer pitches much better and felt more confident moving through difficult sections without getting completely drained.

With winter approaching, I’m excited to keep up the Treadwall training and plan the next adventures. The progress is real...
